Aisling is a Chartered Physiotherapist at First Physio Plus. She graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BSc first class honours degree.
Since graduating Aisling has expanded her experience with musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports injury by working with Roundtowers GAA club, Naas Rugby Club and All Ireland League, Peamount Senior ladies team.
Throughout her studies and since graduating she has developed a strong interest in the study of movement, an interest which found its place in pilates and yoga. Aisling is a certified STOTT and Body Balance pilates instructor with a keen interest in clinical pilates.
She is also an occupational health physiotherapist with a Nifast qualification in ergonomic assessments. With part of her week working in the corporate environment she treats those who have sustained repetitive injuries from desk based jobs, as well as manual labour injuries and work place accidents.
Aisling's interests include yoga, pilates, running and continually updating her professional education with post-graduate courses.
